Compliant and secure hosting

We operate websites and applications for clients who need to know where their data sits and who can access it. Operations take place in Germany, processing is governed by contract, and we disclose the technical and organisational measures without you having to ask.

What operations cover

• Setting up and running the environment including certificates, email and domains
• Regular updates of the operating system and the application stack
• Backups at a defined frequency with verified restores
• Monitoring of availability, certificate expiry and anomalies
• Data processing agreement and documentation of the measures under Art. 32 GDPR
• A named contact person for incidents – not a ticket number

How we work

Before a migration we establish what is actually running: applications, interfaces, mailboxes, certificates, DNS. From that we produce a migration plan with a time window and a fallback. We only switch over once the new environment has demonstrably been proven to work.

In day-to-day operations the same principle applies as in consulting: you learn what we do and why. We actively inform you about changes to the environment, security-relevant updates and incidents – including when the news is inconvenient.
