What we stand for

ITC Vidal is an owner-managed family business based in Nackenheim, Germany. We advise companies on data protection and information security and implement the technical side ourselves – concept, development and operations come from the same house. For you that means short routes and people who know your systems, instead of an interface between a consultancy and an IT provider.

We do not treat data protection as a review that happens at the end, but as a requirement that shapes architecture and processes from the outset. That avoids rework and makes decisions documentable – towards supervisory authorities as much as towards your own clients.

The regulatory framework has widened considerably in recent years. Alongside the GDPR, the NIS2 Directive has introduced binding cyber security requirements and the AI Act obligations for the use of artificial intelligence. We keep these subjects current and translate them into measures that fit the size of your organisation.

In technical support, our work does not stop at fixing faults. We operate and develop infrastructure further, point out foreseeable risks and explain the reasoning behind our recommendations – including when the obvious solution does not involve us.

We follow up on what we promise, and we say so when something is beyond us. That is the basis for the long-term client relationships our business depends on.
