Before money is invested, it has to be clear what it is being invested in. We produce concepts that bring together the business need, the technical options and the legal requirements – as a basis for decisions that management can read without translation.

• Regulatory classification – GDPR, NIS2 and, where relevant, the AI Act
• An implementation plan in steps that each deliver value on their own

How we work

We record the current state before we talk about solutions, and we will name the option that does without us when it is the better one. The result is a document you can work with – internally, towards your clients and towards supervisory authorities.
